We don’t collect or store your data. Your team and rota live only in this browser (local storage on your device), so they are gone if you clear your browser data. The one exception is the optional AI features: if you use smart import or the refine-with-AI chat, the relevant text is sent to an AI service to process that single request, and it is not stored.

Fastest start: upload last month’s rota
Drop in a past month in almost any layout: CSV, TSV or Excel, with doctors or days down the side, one row per shift, or a simple Date / Doctor / Shift list. We’ll detect the shape and learn your team, shift types, coverage pattern and working rules, prefilled for you to tweak.
Your team
Paste straight from your staff spreadsheet: one doctor per line, with columns for name, role and email (email is optional, used for calendar export naming). Or add rows by hand.
Schedules are generated against the rules you set. Always verify the final rota against your local duty-hour regulations and departmental policy before publishing.
